Notice of Sale Pima County gives notice of public Auction to sell the Treasurer's Deed interest in Real Estate, in Section 8, Township 12 South, Range 12 East, G&SRB&M, Pima County, Arizona, (tax code 216-17-004A). Sale is "AS-IS" condition: Sale value and minimum bid $637,440.00 plus a $1,000.00 fee for administrative costs for a total of $638,440.00. Terms of sale is cash with a 10% earnest money deposit required from the successful bidder.
