By virtue of the authority vested in me by the
Constitution and Laws of the State of Louisiana, I will sell at
the principal front door of the St. James Parish Courthouse,
5800 Hwy. 44, Convent, LA, Parish of St. James, State of
Louisiana, within the legal hours for judicial sales, beginning
at 10:15 a.m. on Wednesday, the 18th day of June,
2014, and continuing on each successive day until sales are
completed, all IMMOVABLE PROPERTY, on which taxes
due to the Town of Gramercy, Louisiana, to enforce collection
of taxes assessed for the year 2013 and all costs.
This is to certify that an Official Tax Notice has been
sent by Certified Mail to the Tax Debtors of the Town of
Gramercy, Louisiana, who have failed to pay the taxes as
levied for the year 2013, said notices calling to their attention
the fact that unless the taxes due would be paid within
the period of ten (10) days from the date of notice that the
properties would be advertised and sold according to law.
