ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed bids will be received by the City Clerk of the City of Natchez, office of the City Clerk, 124 South Pearl Street, Natchez, Mississippi, until 10:00 A.M. on September 16, 2019, and shortly thereafter shall be publicly opened and read aloud by the Office of the City Clerk in a meeting in the City Hall Conference Room, 124 South Pearl Street, Natchez, Mississippi, for Street Striping, Street Cut (Utility Trench) Patching, Hot Mix Asphalt, Lay Down of Hot Mix Asphalt, within the corporate limits of the City of Natchez, Mississippi or its jurisdiction, for a six (6) months period beginning October 1, 2019 and ending March 31, 2020. An award if made shall be made at the next regular meeting of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen in the Council Chamber, 115 South Pearl Street, Natchez, Mississippi. Bid packages for submitting proposals may be secured from the office of the City Clerk, 124 South Pearl Street, City Hall, Natchez, Mississippi, 39120. (601-445-7507) Any quantities specified on any list of supplies are approximate only as a basis for the submitting of proposals. Prices bid are to be firm and not subject to change during the period specified above. Outside of envelope containing bids should be marked with time of bid opening and materials bid on and addressed to: City of Natchez, City Clerk, 124 South Pearl Street, Natchez, Mississippi 39120.
